It is located between Austin and San Antonio. It is in an awesome, super small neighborhood that is extremely safe for kids and adults alike. It also has great neighbors and is on a 1/2 acre lot complete with mature oak trees. If you look at the other crappy neighborhoods in the area there are some that are cookie cutter houses that are too close for comfort with no yard, no privacy, no trees and no character. Who wants to live in a place like that? Not me! Go check those houses out and then come to our neighborhood and see how much better this home is. It is outside the city limits of New Braunfels but still close enough to get anywhere quickly. 5 minutes from HEB Plus! and Creekside with tons of shopping. You couldn't ask for a better school district than Hoffman Lane Elementary if you have little ones. My niece went there and is now about to be a senior. She is valedictorian of her entire class if that tells you anything about the school district. 10 minutes from the San Marcos factory outlet mall. 5 minutes from Gruene. If you enjoy fishing Canyon Lake is only 20 min away. Also, don't go off the street view pic that Zillow is showing. It is super old, long before I bought it and remodeled it.
