One year old home with no issues or repairs needed. Great view from backyard of wooded greenbelt that will probably never be developed.  The view can be seen from living room and master room windows where we regularly see 30+ deer grazing.  We have access to the neighborhood park through the back gate. It's only a 5 golf cart drive from Gruene historical district and the oldest dance hall in TX with live music, shops and great food.
